ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Participants / parents / legal guardian should read the terms and conditions before submitting the enrollment form and settling the payment. Once the student gets enrolled for a particular program or workshop, will not be allowed for the transfer of same.
- Participants / parents / legal guardian should submit the enrollment form on or before the Closing Date (15 calendar days before class commencement date). Late applications will not be considered.
- Participants / parents / legal guardian should provide accurate name, contact number and e-mail on the enrollment form, so that Fitness Cravers Academy can contact the participants when necessary.
PAYMENT METHOD
- The enrollment can be done at the Front Desk, Fitness Cravers Academy, Building no. 12, 3rd floor, PVR Anupam Complex, Saket, New Delhi-110017 via any mode.
- Classes/workshops are only confirmed once the registration fee is paid.
- The successful applicants will be notified of their application result via email or telephonic call.
NO REFUNDS
- No refunds on Courses or workshop fees paid will be made (including absentee or unable to provide related document proof on workshop date, etc.) except in the circumstances when a class/workshop is full or being cancelled. Participants will be notified for such cases.
Things to Remember
- FCA staff may require participants to provide their identity certificates so as to verify participants’ identities. FCA reserves the right to stop the admission of those who fail to prove their identities from taking workshops.
- FCA reserves the right to cancel workshops if the no. of application falls below the requisite minimum; and to change the time and instructor of workshops should this be necessary.
- No photo taking and video/audio recording is allowed by parents/ legal guardian/participant during Classes of a particular Program or workshop without the consent of FCA.
- FCA is entitled to take photographs of, video-tape or audio-record the classes/workshops, and use such photo(s), image(s), audio(s) and video(s) (“Recordings”) in any media or format throughout the world in perpetuity (including but not limited to press releases, print advertisements, posters, leaflets, Facebook page or other social networking sites or web pages for public viewing and downloading, etc.) without any payment or consideration to the participants. The Recordings belongs to and is the absolute property of FCA.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- FCA will not tolerate any misconduct of its’ students, FCA is entitled to suspend, terminate or cancel the student’s registration at any time without any prior notice or compensation.
- FCA has the right to amend any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.
- FCA has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of FCA shall be final and binding on all parties concerned.
- All students should reach on time to avoid missing of a topic or lecture. FCA will not be responsible to provide jobs to such students, not attending lectures and practical in FCA academy.
- FCA is not responsible for any injury or mishappening to the student during practical or theory sessions if the concerned health issue is not already updated at the front desk.
- Smoking is prohibited anywhere in and around the academy premises.
- Mobiles should be kept on silent mode or switched off during ongoing classes. If found guilty, student may be imposed with the penalties decided by FCA.
- Students should be in sports wear during practical sessions with clean sports shoes on.
- Application of the deodorant is must before entering the theory or practical classes of academy. FCA will not allow such students to attend the classes thereof.
- Selling or distribution of any medicines/ steroids is an offence in and around the premises.
- FCA will not be responsible for providing the course or program completion certificate if the student does not collect it within 6 months of the said course accomplishment from the academy.
- Incase of loss of certificate or new certificate request, student has to write a mail to director@fitnesscravers.com & raise a ticket by clicking the link https://fitnesscravers.desky.support/ . The standard charges will be applicable to the students.
- FCA will not be responsible for providing the job placement if the student doesn’t contact the academy for the same within 6 months of the said course accomplishment.
- Any Third Party Certifications eg. Skill India/ SPEFL-SC etc. will be provided to the students once FCA receives it. Though the Academy tries its best to collect the certificates as soon as possible, FCA still does not hold the responsibility of the time duration as it completely depends upon The Third Party.
- After expiry of any third party certifications, if student doesn’t contact FCA for its renewal within 3 months of its expiration, FCA will not be responsible for any further renewal.
- FCA is entitled to suspend, terminate or cancel the student’s registration at any time without any prior notice or compensation if any of the above rules have been violated.
- The Penalty of INR 50 per day will be applicable to the late fee submission if student fails to pay his or her installment before the due date mentioned in invoice receipt. This penalty will be valid for 30 days failing which the student will be permanently deregistered from the said course. Student can reregister himself/herself by paying fresh registration amount of INR 5000 along with the pending due amount and this shall be valid for 3 months after the permanent deregistration from the course.
- If student is willing to verify/check his/her answer sheet , he/she can mail the request @ fitnesscravers7@gmail.com. A particular day will be allotted along with the booked time slot given by the authorities costing INR 500 as a service fee for the particular request. FCA will not be responsible for providing re-evaluation of the examination if a student does not show up or apply for the same after 15 days of declaration of the said result.
- FCA is bound to fulfil its commitment of placing the students in various sectors. Our main aim is to connect the service provider (personal trainer, sports nutritionist etc.) to the customer (health clubs, gym, home visits etc). FCA will not be responsible for the safety of either the service provider or the customer. Services given or taken will be solely at their own risk.
- Any student who doesn’t attend his/her classes continuously for more than 15 days without a valid reason or response over email will be terminated from the course.
- FCA has full authority to change the programs price at any point of time without prior notice as per the market condition and demand.
- Recording session will only be provided twice of the same topic to the registered/ active students during the program. A genuine reason should be presented over mail by the student.
- Fitness Cravers will assist the student in finding the hostel or PG accommodation in Delhi/NCR But FCA will not be responsible for any financial related matters between the student and the accommodation provider.
- FCA has full rights to change or alter the discounts, offers , prices of any course or package at any given point of time without any intimation.
- FCA has the complete right to remove the student from any group any time without intimation or any prior notice if found marketing his or her products or services in any official group or the premises.
- Without updating FCA Management Team or the Authority, No Show, Failing to pass the Final Assessment in three attempts, any malicious activity, cheating, leaking the answers during the examination will subject to the following Consequences:
1) Permanent Termination of Registration
2) No Refund Applicable
3) Non Registration for Skill India Examination
26. The student must clear the Internal Assessment (Theory, Practical & Viva) successfully in order to receive the Skill India Certificate & Marksheet.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and Jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
All disputes are subjected to South Delhi Jurisdiction in New Delhi.

- Employees need to know and adhere to the Fitness Cravers Academy’sCode of Conduct, Employee Handbook, and/or other company policies when using social media in reference to Fitness Cravers Academy.
- Employees should be aware of the effect their actions may have on their own image, as well as Fitness Cravers Academy’s The information that employees post or publish may be public information for a long time.
- Employees should be aware that Fitness Cravers Academymay observe content and information made available by employees through social media. Employees should use their best judgment in posting material that is neither inappropriate nor harmful to Fitness Cravers Academy, its employees, or customers.
- Although not an exclusive list, some specific examples of prohibited social media conduct include posting commentary, content, or images that are defamatory, pornographic, proprietary, harassing, libellous, or that can create a hostile work environment.
- Employees are not to publish, post or release any information that is considered confidential or not public. If there are questions about what is considered confidential, employees should check with Fitness Cravers Academy.
- Social media networks, blogs and other types of online content sometimes generate press and media attention or legal questions. Employees should refer these inquiries to authorised Fitness Cravers Academy
- If employees encounter a situation while using social media that threatens to become antagonistic, employees should disengage from the dialogue in a polite manner and seek advice from Fitness Cravers Academy.
- Employees should get appropriate permission before you refer to or post images of current or former employees, members, vendors or suppliers. Additionally, employees should get appropriate permission to use a third party’s copyrights, copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks or other intellectual property.
- Social media use shouldn’t interfere with employee’s responsibilities at Fitness Cravers Academy. When using Fitness Cravers Academycomputer systems, use of social media for business purposes is allowed (for example Fitness Cravers Academy Facebook, Twitter, blogs and LinkedIn), but personal use of social media networks or personal blogging of online content is discouraged and could result in disciplinary action.
- If employees publish content after‐hours that involves work or subjects associated with Fitness Cravers Academy, a disclaimer should be used, such as this: ‘The postings on this site are my own and may not represent Fitness Cravers Academypositions, strategies or opinions.’
- It is highly recommended that employees keep Fitness Cravers Academyrelated social media accounts separate from personal accounts, if practical.
